The rooftop pool was a great hangout, but the room lacked cleanliness.

The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax, offering great views of St Paul's Bay. The breakfast had a nice variety, including tasty cooked options and fresh juice, which I particularly enjoyed each morning. Being just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants made it convenient to explore the area. it was a lovely stay, especially as I was visiting to enjoy the local attractions like the Malta National Aquarium nearby.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with room cleanliness, as our floor was dusty throughout our stay. The towels were not refreshed daily, which gave off a sense of neglect. On top of that, we encountered a rather abrupt response when requesting a duvet, leaving us uncomfortable during the night.

The Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View offered fine scenery that made mornings worthwhile. The natural light streaming in created a pleasant ambiance to start the day.

Sound insulation left much to be desired. Conversations from neighboring rooms echoed through the walls. Damp issues on the bathroom wall hinted at maintenance problems, while random power cuts disrupted the experience. The shower design was impractical. Without a proper holder, water covered the bathroom floor, complicating cleanup. Breakfast choices were limited, lacking variety and essentials like cereals.

i had a great time at ibis styles! my previous stay in st paul’s bay was decent, but this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and delicious breakfast. the rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views.
